The Mulroney Institute of Government at St.FX would like to invite all students attending PGOV classes to a special presentation by Dr. Fen Osler Hampson, Chancellor’s Professor at Carleton University regarding his new book Master of Persuasion: Brian Mulroney’s Global Legacy.  The session will include a Q&A session with very special guest, Canada’s 18th prime minister and StFX alumnus, the Right Honourable Brian Mulroney (’59).
