Briefing on the Canadian Response to the Outbreak of the Coronavirus
      
      
- This is a speech by Dr. Mona Nemer, the Chief Science Advisor of Canada, at the Briefing on the Canadian Response to the Outbreak of the Coronavirus Standing Committee on Health (HESA) in May 2020.
 - During the speech, Dr. Nemer spoke about her role in the early pandemic response in setting up expert panels and task forces, setting up the platform CanCOVID, and the work being done to improve the global effort of research sharing.
 - Additionally, she spoke about the known information of the SARS-CoV2 virus (at the time of writing), what research still needs to be done and how important testing/contact tracing, the collection of data, and ensuring proper stockpiles of PPE will be in the months ahead.
